US Lawmakers Introduce New Bill On Nigeria Including Sanctions Against Fulani Militias, and Ex-Gov Kwankwaso.

United States lawmakers have introduced a new legislation aimed at increasing accountability for human rights abuses in Nigeria, including sanctions against Fulani militias and former Kano State Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso.
