*Sec.47(6):*

*”Where a vacancy occurs in any of the Offices of the Party, the Executive Committee at the appropriate level shall appoint another person from the AREA or ZONE WHERE THE OFFICER ORIGINATED FROM TO SERVE OUT THE TENURE OF THE OFFICER!”*

*Per the Nigerian current demographics, there are six (6) officially recognized geographical areas/zones/regions.*
*They are namely:*

1. *Northwest*
2. *Northeast*
3. *Northcentral*
4. *Southwest*
5. *Southeast*
6. *Southsouth*

*The Acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party of Nigeria, PDP, Amb. Umar lliya Damagun is from Yobe State in the Northeast area/zone/region and has no business being neither the PDP Substantive National Chairman nor Senator Iyorchia Ayu’s replacement*

*Per the Sec.47(6) of the PDP 2017 Constitution(as amended), Senator Iyorchia Ayu’s replacement MUST come from where Senator Iyorchia Ayu originates from, which is the NORTH CENTRAL!*
