Osun PDP, OSSIEC unshaken by the appeal court judgement – Engr Ayodeji Bello

It is no news that the APC in their mischief are pulling stubts to stop the February 22nd Local Government election in the state, this is evident in their needles jamboree celebration of the Court of Appeal yesterday 10th of February 2025.

In what is best known to them but definitely not understood by the citizens of Osun State, the APC is doing all it can to prevent the OSSIEC from conducting the local government election.

This can only be attributed to fear of defeat at the polls. The APC as a party is implored to join the election process in a good spirit of sportsmanship and see the good in the OSSIEC team.

While we await CTC of the judgement from our legal department, I call on all party faithfuls to remain calm as their is no cause for alarm. It seems a mere distraction to the unexpected performance of our able governor (Asiwaju Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke), who has done a lot to make it known to the general public that government can do a lot to effect relief in life of masses.

PDP as a party has made a lot of records in the life of masses across Osun State, meanwhile last general election reflects it, when PDP floor all members of the three legislative bodies, left only former Governor’s local government. This makes it clear that our people from Osun State welcome PDP party all the time and enjoying PDP party tenure compared to others

The PDP legal team and OSSIEC will dully communicate with us soon. While we await that, let us maintain peace and order.

We should remain focused on mobilising effortlessly for the success of the forthcoming Local Government Council election.

We shouldn’t allow the distraction on our effort to move Osun State forward to the next level. Giving insightful comparison to the masses is very important to make it known to them that “Imole” second term is very important to allow continuity of transformation agenda.
