The 7 wise men of the Supreme just rose. Judgement was reserved till a later date.

An attempt by the lead counsel of AGF, Mr Akin Olujinmi, to oppose the suit on the basis that our initial case was yet to be withdrawn properly was vehemently rebuffed by the court. The court ruled the SAN out pointing out that what he was arguing against was a basic elementary law.

Mr. Adetumbi SAN standing for Osun AG painstakingly presented our case and asked the court to allow his prayers.

Mr Akin Olujinmi SAN that represented the other side laid more emphasis on preliminary objection than the main case. Our own lawyer was also up to the task.

One thing that stuck me in today’s proceeding was the emphasis being put on the date *OCT 22* by Mr Olujinmi SAN. I heard him pronouncing that date more than five times in the course of his argument. He was of the opinion that why cant we allow sacked chairmen to stay till their exit day which is Oct 22nd. This means that they have all accepted Oct 22 as the end of their rascality.

The 7 jurists of the apex court thereafter adjourned ruling till a later date that will be communicated to all residents parties.
