The Peoples Democratic Party has officially commenced the screening exercise for governorship aspirants at the party’s Annex Office, Legacy House, Maitama, Abuja.

The screening process is part of the party’s preparations ahead of the forthcoming governorship elections, as aspirants appear before the screening committee to present their credentials and outline their readiness to fly the party’s flag.

Party officials, members of the National Working Committee, stakeholders, and supporters were present as the exercise began, reaffirming the party’s commitment to a transparent and credible selection process.

The exercise is expected to continue with aspirants from various states appearing before the panel for verification and assessment in line with the party’s constitution and electoral guidelines.
